Mothers Day

This year the kids gave me Covid-19 for Mother's Day. So instead of the usual brunch and outing type stuff I hid in my room and watched Netflix. To be honest, it wasnt the worst day. I didnt have to do any cooking or cleaning and wasn't roped into any kid drama. 

I had flowers on my nightstand and a giant Butterfinger candy bar (which I ate for breakfast. It was peaceful. What more could I really have asked for?

Lost Tooth

Luke and I were banished to Michigan. Well, really it was just me that was banished in order to protect Brooke from getting Covid. But, I brought Luke with. And, of course, he lost the tooth that has been dangling for weeks. I feel like 1/2 of the kids teeth have fallen out here!

Unpleasant Surprise

I've felt like I had a few allergy / cold symptoms but was pretty sure it wasnt Covid because I was pretty sure I had it a few weeks ago. Guess not! Took a test just to be cautious and it took about 5 seconds to turn positive.
