Luke has been upping his selfie game lately!

Ryan Begins Skating (again)

He took some classes when he was much younger and then moved onto new activities. But after about a year of him begging us to let him try again he started in Pre-Alpha tonight.

Ryan spent a lot of time on his behind, but the smile never left his face!

Trampoline Team!

After hounding IK Gymnastics for Brooke's fall trampoline schedule, they finally sent it. She has trampoline 3 days a week, 2 hours each time! She was excited to return, and had her first practice today. She learned something I had no clue about ... she is on the TEAM now, not the pre-team. She is officially practicing for competition later this year and/or early next year. She was thrilled!

First Day Of School

Brooke was thrilled to be returning to school after summer break.
She was on cloud 9 after her first day of 3rd grade.

Ryan's Second Year At Skinner. He said his first day of 1st Grade was "the best day ever"

Luke (and his new mohawk) finally joined the Audubon community! Pre-K!

Back to School Haircuts

Kids got fresh new haircuts for the start of a new school year. Luke insisted on a mohawk!

Labor Day Weekend Water Fun

Brooke was invited out on Chloe's boat and we took the boys down to the lake with the intention of letting them on the new LilyPad. It was wavy and rough and we decided not to pull out the pad and told them to play in the waves instead. While they were playing, Brooke had to drive by just to show off :)

Luke was unphased by his sister show-boating.
He waved and yelled to say Hi!

The water actually calmed down and we grabbed the LilyPad. The boys had fun for hours.
Other kids joined in. Even Brooke came to play after they returned from the boat. Overall? Pretty great day.

Labor Day Weekend Apple Picking

For a little guy that insists on being carried almost everywhere,
he sure was pretty insistent on pulling the wagon!

There were 5-6 varieties of apples - tons of them!

Trying to taste each one to decipher the differences
was actually really challenging.

Typically on a picking trip someone has a melt-down. But today all three had a blast.

We also found some grapes - and tried pretty much all the varieties.

All that work pulling the wagon eventually caught
up to him - and he slept through most of dinner.
