Ballroom Dancing

Brooke has loved her "ballroom dancing" experience! They only attend on a few special dates, but they get to dress up and do some atypical things (like dancing!). One thing she's really loved is the ability to talk to and get to know kids from other schools. There is one more date left, but tonight is her last one because a volleyball tournment is taking place during the next one. Shes both sad to miss the last one and sad to end the experience overall. 

And the award goes to Luke for ....

Luke got the team / participation award at Flag Football today for ... "not asking too many questions"

"7th Graders in Mr. Troher's science class have been learning about the human body and how it works with all of the muscles, tendons, bones, and more. Today students got to dig in and take a closer look at all of these by dissecting chicken wings!"

Snow Day

Brooke and Luke had an official snow day, and because of that we also let Ryan stay home. How could we take away the joy of a snow day? Because we let him stay home (and the others got to) we told them they need to work. The boys "shoveled" out in front and Brooke did the backyard walkway.

Luke didnt make it outside long, and Brooke finished shoveling fast. Ryan stayed outside and built himself a small sledding ramp. When he came in, his cheeks were red ... but he was happy :)
